  • Deanna Campese - Founder of International Lash Masters
  • Lucy Pallot - Founder of Lash Rescue
  • Sharelle Louise - Miss Lash Studio

Forget a traditional conference format.

This is a more relaxed, conversational experience featuring live interviews, panel discussions, practical insights and honest conversations with people who understand what it takes to build, market and grow a business in today's beauty industry.

We'll explore the things happening beyond the treatment room — from attracting and retaining customers to digital marketing, e-commerce, technology, profitability, diversification and building a business designed for what's coming next.

WHAT WE'LL BE TALKING ABOUT

The changing customer
How people are discovering, researching, choosing and staying loyal to beauty businesses.

Marketing in 2027
What's changing across social media, search, paid advertising and the digital customer journey — and where beauty businesses should be focusing their attention.

Beyond services
E-commerce, retail, education and creating additional revenue streams without simply adding more clients to your calendar.

Technology + AI
How technology, automation and AI are changing the way small beauty businesses operate and market themselves.

Business, money + growth
Real conversations around profitability, pricing, systems, team, scalability and building a healthier business.

Amy Williams - Lash Prodigy

$5 million in online course sales. We ask her how.

Amy launched Lash Prodigy Online in 2019. Since then she has built 27,000+ enrolments across Australia and America, 2,000+ five-star reviews and over $5 million in online course sales. In September she was named Brow Educator of the Year at the 2026 ILM Awards.

She didn't get there by being the best technician in the room. She got there by learning how to sell online. That's what we're sitting down with her to unpack.

What we're asking Amy

  • Building online from zero: what she built first, and which course became the engine of the business
  • Landing pages that convert: what's on the page, section by section, and what she changes when a page isn't selling
  • Meta ads: how she turns ad spend into enrolments, and what she scales or switches off
  • Community: how she keeps students engaged long after they've paid, and why that sells her next course
  • The honest part: what being online has cost her, what she got wrong, and what she'd do differently starting in 2027

More speakers to be announced.

CelIne McSweeney - Brow Tribe

FOUNDER
Topic: How to Add $5K+ a Month to Your Salon — Without More Clients

Celine has spent nine years growing Brow Tribe into two multi-7-figure salons, with a team of 22+ and revenue months exceeding $225K. She specialises in salon pricing, profitability and building systems that allow businesses to grow beyond the owner.

Using a real salon menu as a live case study, Celine will show how smarter pricing, service timings and menu structure can unlock additional revenue from the clients and hours you already have.

Every salon owner attending her session receives her Profitable Pricing Calculator, with one attendee also winning a private 1:1 Strategy Session valued at $499.

Lucy Pallot - Lash Rescue

FOUNDER
Topic: From Brow Artist to E Comm Mogul

Lucy started Lash Rescue in efforts of providing clean, effective products for salon clients in the lash and brow space.

Lash Rescue products include a lash growth serum, tubing mascara, advanced treatments for post lash lift and brow treatments and stocked at over 500 salons across Australia.

We speak to her about her transition from artist to brand owner, how she started getting her sell out products stocked in some of Australia's leading salons and salon suppliers such as Bella Beauty Professional, Browed and Salon First.

Sharelle Louise - Miss Lash The Studio

The Client Experience | Creating Loyalty Beyond the Treatment

Sharelle is the founder of Miss Lash, bringing together her experience as a studio owner and educator to help artists build thoughtful, sustainable businesses.

Drawing on her own journey, Sharelle explores how small details, consistent service and an intentional client experience create trust and loyalty that go beyond beautiful treatment results.

Discover practical ways to create an experience your team can deliver as your business grows—helping clients connect with your brand and keep coming back, without the business relying entirely on you.
