International Lash Masters is not responsible for product fulfilment, quality, or disputes arising from product issues. Any concerns related to returns, exchanges, or refunds should be directed to the respective Seller.
b) Education & Courses: Education content and courses available on the site are provided by independent educators. Users agree to follow the terms and conditions set by the educator for any educational services. International Lash Masters does not accept responsibility for the content or quality of the education provided, nor for any issues arising from courses, programs, or training.
c) Event Ticketing: Event tickets are sold by third-party event organisers. By purchasing tickets, you agree to abide by the event organiser's terms and conditions, including any cancellation, refund, or transfer policies. International Lash Masters is not responsible for event-related issues unless it pertains to an event hosted directly by International Lash Masters.
4. Seller Responsibilities
a) Compliance: Sellers must comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including consumer protection laws, taxes, and product safety standards. Sellers are responsible for the quality, fulfilment, returns, and refunds of their products and services.
b) Content and Submissions: Sellers, educators, and event organisers who list content, products, or events on the website grant International Lash Masters permission to distribute, promote, and market the content or products listed on the platform. This includes product descriptions, images, videos, educational materials, and event details.
c) Prohibited Activities: Sellers are prohibited from engaging in fraudulent activities, misrepresentation, or violating International Lash Masters’ policies. Violation of these terms can result in immediate termination of the seller’s account and removal of their products or services from the marketplace.
5. Indemnity Clause
a) Indemnity for Content: By submitting educational content, programs, ebooks, or other materials to the website, Sellers and Educators indemnify and hold International Lash Masters harmless from any liability arising from false, misleading, or inaccurate information provided in their content. This includes, but is not limited to; incorrect educational material, misleading claims, or the provision of false news.
b) Seller Responsibility for Content: Sellers and Educators are solely responsible for the content they provide, and International Lash Masters does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or legality of any content submitted by third-party Sellers or Educators. Should International Lash Masters be made aware of any false, harmful, or misleading content, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Seller’s or Educator’s account pending further investigation.
6. User Conduct
a) Prohibited Actions: Users of the website are prohibited from engaging in the following:
- Using the website for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
- Posting defamatory, obscene, or offensive content.
- Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful materials.

9. Liability and Disclaimer

By consenting to International Lash Masters’s SMS marketing in the checkout and initialising a purchase or subscribing via our subscription tools, you agree to receive recurring text notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal do-not-call list.
