1. Returns and Refunds for Products
- Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging. Returns must be requested within the time frame specified by the seller, which may vary by brand. No online courses, tickets for events, competition or award entries, digital downloads shall be refunded or returned.
- Return Process: All returns must be processed directly with the seller of the product. International Lash Masters does not handle returns, refunds, or exchanges for products sold by other brands. To initiate a return, please follow the specific return instructions and guidelines provided by the brand at the time of purchase.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to opened or used products, perishable items, and items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable.”
2. Refunds for Products
- Refund Process: Refunds are processed by the individual brand that fulfilled your order, according to their return policy. Once a return has been authorised and the product is returned, the refund will be issued by the seller, not by International Lash Masters. Refunds will be issued based on the brand’s guidelines and time frames, and may take up to 10 business days to appear on your account, depending on the seller’s processing times.
- Partial Refunds: If the product is returned in a damaged or used condition, the seller may issue a partial refund depending on their return policy and the condition of the returned product.
3. Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. In such cases, the seller may cover return shipping, but this must be confirmed by the seller directly.
- Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, in which case the brand may cover the original shipping cost according to their guidelines.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
- Damaged/Defective Products: If a product is received damaged or defective, please contact the seller directly within the time frame specified in their return policy (typically 7 days). The seller will assist you in processing a replacement or refund according to their guidelines.
- Missing Items/Packages: If your order is missing items or has not arrived, please contact the seller directly. International Lash Masters is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages once they have been shipped by the seller. Follow the seller's procedures for claims related to missing items or packages.

If you have concerns regarding any course, training, or educational service, you must contact the educator directly for support, refunds, or any related issues. We do not handle disputes regarding educational content or course delivery.
