a) Products Fulfilled by International Lash Masters:
Products sold directly by International Lash Masters will be shipped from our warehouse. For these products, we offer standard Australian shipping as well as international shipping. Shipping times for International Lash Masters products will be provided at checkout, and all shipments are tracked.
b) Products Fulfilled by Sellers:
Products purchased from third-party sellers listed on our website are shipped directly from the individual sellers. Sellers are responsible for packaging, shipping, and fulfilling the products once an order has been placed. The shipping options and delivery times for these products will vary depending on the seller and the location of the buyer.
2. Shipping Timeframes
a) Domestic Shipping (Australia):
For International Lash Masters products, standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.
For products sold by third-party sellers, shipping times may vary. Sellers are required to provide an estimated delivery timeframe on their product listings, which typically ranges from 5-10 business days for domestic orders.
b) International Shipping:
For International Lash Masters products, international shipping typically takes 7-21 business days, depending on the destination country.
For products sold by third-party sellers, international shipping timeframes vary based on the seller’s location and the destination country. Sellers are responsible for providing shipping details on their listings, and you will be notified of estimated delivery times during checkout.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for International Lash Masters products are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. For products fulfilled by individual sellers, shipping fees will be set by the seller and are also calculated at checkout based on the product’s destination.
4. Shipping Delays
While we aim to process all orders as quickly as possible, please note that shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, postal service disruptions, or customs delays.
