What’s Happening Each Day

Day 1: Saturday 19 September

  • Core conference day
  • Industry-only audience

Day 2: Sunday 20 September

  • Bonus exposure day – open to VIPs, workshop guests, and the public

  • Opportunity to continue selling, sampling, and showcasing your brand in a more relaxed, sales-focused environment

Note: All vendors are expected to remain set up for both days however are under no obligation and may choose to exhibit for Day 1 only.
***Early pack-down is not permitted unless arranged in advance in writing. 
Prices remain the same regardless of whether you exhibit on both days or only Day 1, as Day 2 is a complimentary bonus opportunity for extended exposure.

Optional: Sunday Vendor Add-Ons (TBC)

Should any vendor spaces remain vacant for Sunday, limited one-day activations may be made available at a later date. These are not guaranteed and will be prioritised for existing vendors and partner brands.

Vendor Requirements

  • All vendors must hold current public liability insurance
  • All materials and signage must be professionally presented
  • Vendors are responsible for bringing their own media walls, banners, and marketing displays (tables and cloths provided)
  • No early pack-down on either day without prior written approval
  • Vendors will not be permitted into the VIP Artistry Immersive Intensive Sessions without a ticket however can stay in expo area.

Payment Options

  • Upfront payment: $3,000 (GST inclusive)
  • Payment plan: From $350/month (slightly higher total cost)
  • Missed instalments must be rectified in the same month to retain your stall. Ongoing failure to pay results in forfeiture of your vendor space with no refunds offered.

After Booking

Once your vendor spot is secured:

  • You’ll receive confirmation from our team
  • A full vendor pack will be provided closer to the event (including floorplan, bump-in/bump-out info, stall design guidelines, and marketing materials)

Event Details

When and where is the event?

The International Lash & Brow Conference 2026 will be held on Saturday 19th September at Pullman on the Park, East Melbourne.

Our Artistry Immersion VIP Workshops will take place on Sunday 20th September at the same venue.

Both days run from 9:00am – 5:00pm.

How do I get there?

Pullman on the Park is located on Wellington Parade in East Melbourne, opposite the MCG and just minutes from Melbourne’s CBD.


  • From Melbourne Airport: Approximately 30 minutes by car or SkyBus (drop-off at Southern Cross Station).

  • Public Transport: Jolimont Train Station is directly across the road, and multiple tram routes stop outside the venue.

  • Parking: Paid parking is available at the hotel and nearby car parks.

Tickets

How will I receive my ticket?

All tickets are delivered instantly via email after purchase. You’ll also receive an Apple Wallet-compatible version so you can store it on your phone.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes. If you can no longer attend, you can transfer your ticket to another person directly through your order email. Simply open the ticket link, edit the name and email, and re-save.

Please note: we cannot complete transfers on your behalf.

Can I upgrade to VIP later?

Yes. You can upgrade to a VIP ticket at any time (while spots last) by purchasing our VIP Upgrade product on Shopify and paying the difference between your current ticket and the VIP ticket price.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Flexible weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payment plans are available depending on your ticket type.


Missed payments will result in your ticket being cancelled and forfeited, with no refunds for payments already made.

You may contact our team once only to resolve a failed payment before cancellation.

REFUNDS + POLICIES

Refunds & Policies

What is your refund policy?

As this is a live and ticketed event, we do not offer refunds for any reason, in line with ACCC guidelines.

If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to sell or transfer your ticket to someone else.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to future events.

What if the event is postponed?

If the event is postponed, all tickets will automatically transfer to the new date. Refunds will not be issued unless required by law.

What if a speaker changes or cancels?

While we work hard to maintain the advertised speaker lineup, unforeseen changes can occur. Refunds will not be offered due to lineup changes.

SEATING INFO

Is seating allocated?

The only allocated seating will be for table bookings, sponsors, speakers and VIP ticket holders This means you can sit with your friends even if you buy tickets separately.

VIP TICKET INCLUSIONS

What’s included in the VIP ticket?

VIP guests receive access to both Day 1 (Conference) and Day 2 (Artistry Immersion Workshops).

Workshops will be held on Sunday 20th September in one main room with a single schedule designed exclusively for VIP ticket holders.

VIP Attendees will also receive a product gift bag on the day of our Artistry immersion Intensive workshops with products from the educators relevant to each workshop.

DRESS CODE

Smart Casual - however, we want everyone to be comfortable on the day and look their best if they wish to take photos :)

CAN UNDER 18'S ATTEND?

Yes they can if they are accompanied by a guardian or parent or someone over 18 for supervision.

ACCESSIBILITY

Is the venue accessible?

Yes. Pullman on the Park offers lift access and wheelchair-friendly facilities throughout the venue.
