Since 2019, ILM has built a community of professionals who invest in their growth. Our most recent conference welcomed 280 attendees, including 70 VIP guests.

Exhibition times
Bump-in: 6am 
Day One, Saturday 21 November 2027: stalls open 9am to 4pm
Day Two, Sunday 22 November 2027: stalls open 10am to 1 - 2pm (tentative)
Bump-out: 22 November

RETURNING EXHIBITOR RATES
These rates are offered exclusively to past 2026 ILM exhibitors who lock in their stall. 

  • Pay in full: $2,250 + GST ($2,475 including GST) PAID IN FULL BY ENDS OCTOBER 30.
  • Deposit plan: $500 deposit today to secure your stall. The full stall price under this option is $2750 + GST. The balance after the deposit is $2,525 including GST on the full $2,750 stall price, and is payable by 30 January 2027 via invoice. 

STANDARD EXHIBITOR RATES

These rates are offered to new and returning brands from past events

  • Standard rate: $3,250 + GST ($3,575 including GST), payment plans available.
  • Deposit plan: $1000 non refundable deposit today to secure your stall with an option to pay the remaining balance of $2575 in either 3, 6 or 12 month instalments.

What happens next
Once your payment is received, you will receive your ILM Sponsorship Agreement. It sets out your full stall details, including stall size and inclusions, bump-in and bump-out times, exhibitor requirements and terms. Your stall is confirmed once the agreement is signed and payment is received.

Returning exhibitor rates are available for a limited time only. All stalls are subject to availability and the International Lash Masters Sponsorship Agreement and Terms & Conditions.
